JLS to Play New Single for First Time at Summertime Ball

JLS have revealed that they plan to give their new single a baptism of fire at this year’s Summertime Ball, with the boy-band choosing to sing ‘She Makes Me Wanna’ for the first time at the Wembley event.

Tickets for the one-day festival of music are in high demand with big names like Jennifer Lopez, Jessie J, Ne-Yo and Example all confirmed acts – especially with JLS opening the gig. But with word of a single debut from Aston Merrygold and the boys, the tickets may become even harder to get hold of.

The single, entitled ‘She Makes Me Wanna’, is to be the first taken from their third album which is set to be released on July 24th. It was written in collaboration with Red One, who produces with Lady Gaga, after the four lads big £30,000 to have the chance to work with him at Alicia Key’s Charity auction last year.

Set to be released for radio on Wednesday (the 25th), the single will be played live for the first time at the Summertime Ball on June 12th.
