Equal parts emo and metal, Portland-based quartet 36 Crazyfists have announced a new set of UK shows for October.
Despite the state of today's tumultuous world, the Alaska-bred, melodic metal band 36 Crazyfists are inspired to look beyond the negative and aggressively emphasize the positive. They are able to distance themselves from the pack by never resorting to stereotypical metal rage while maintaining their heavy roots.
To date, the band have released six studio albums, 'In the Skin', 'Bitterness the Star', 'A Snow Capped Romance', 'Rest Inside the Flames', 'The Tide And Its Takers' and most recently 2010's 'Collisions and Castaways.'
36 Crazyfists will play the following UK shows this October:
Oct 1st - O2 Academy, Oxford
Oct 2nd - Old Fire Station, Bournemouth
Oct 7th - O2 Academy, Bristol
Oct 11th - Corporation, Sheffield (TICKETS ONSALE NOW)
Oct 12th - O2 Academy, Newcastle
Oct 21st - O2 Academy, Islington
Oct 22nd - O2 Academy, Birmingham
