Brando, Bagpuss, Bowie and Britpop hit the big screen in the Brecon Beacons as Green Man takes you on a visceral visual journey into the unknown.
The Cinema Tent at Green Man Festival has its hotly awaited line-up for 2011. 2010 saw Leonard Cohen’s film ‘On A Wire’ make its debut screening in the UK. Animal Collectives ‘ODDSAC’ also drew in one of the largest crowds to the tent. Well this year the line-up is just a fascinating. From blockbuster features to musical documentaries, there will be something to keep everyone entertained.

The Music Of Vernon Elliot performed by North Sea Radio Orchestra: Step back in time with The Clangers, Ivor The Engine and Bagpuss in a celebration of music from the classic kids TV shows made by Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin’s legendary Smallfilms Productions.
Apocalypse Now: Francis ford Copella’s Vietnam epic, starring Marlon Brando Is saw to draw the crowds with its late night screening.
The Man Who Fell To Earth: This maybe, perhaps, David Bowie’s only festival appearance of 2011?
Source Code: Duncan Jones (son of Bowie) won rave reviews for is second feature film. This sci-fi thriller has drawn heavy comparison to Inception.
