Following on from our story last month, US metalcore outfit Chimaira have announced a lengthy UK tour for March next year.
We told you that we though the Ohio heavyweights would be bringing their hardcore soundwaves to Britain for a rare UK excursion – and now we can reveal that we were right. Dates and details for the tour are below.
Chimaira have been writing and recording their album since early on this year but have now finally finished work on what will be their 6th studio effort. Set for a release on August 16th, ‘The Age of Hell’ will take Chimaira on tours across the world – with the UK set to be graced by the metal heads at long last.
The Cleveland-based band have had a disastrous past when it comes to UK tours, after cancelling their previous two headlining trips after planning them for months. They haven’t played as top bill in the UK for a number of years and the last time they were here, it was as Trivium’s support act. But, luckily for British fans, a UK tour has finally been lined-up.
