Explosions in the Sky Reveal New Video to ‘Be Comfortable, Creature’ – Watch Now

Monday, 12 September 2011 Written by Rob Sleigh

Texan post-rockers Explosions in the Sky have released a new video to their song ‘Be Comfortable, Creature’, which is taken from their sixth album ‘Take Care, Take Care, Take Care’. The album was released in April this year and is the follow-up to 2007’s ‘All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone’. The new video for ‘Be Comfortable, Creature’ can be watched below.

Explosions in the Sky have also recently added a date in Bristol to their upcoming European tour in November. The new date precedes the band’s full UK tour in January 2012, which will include a performance at London’s Brixton O2 Academy. See below for dates and tickets.

The video for ‘Be Comfortable, Creature’ was directed by long-time friend of the band Paul Logan. Speaking about his first listen to the track, Logan said: “As the song unfolded, so did the story – I just watched it. It made me remember the fears of growing up, of feeling like an outcast in a small town, of being lonely, of wanting to be a kid again, and of being in love. A couple of months later, a few friends and myself went out and, over a month, we filmed it.”
