Gary Barlow has announced plans for a star studded benefit gig for the Children in Need charity this November.
The gig, Children in Need Rocks, will take place at Manchester's MEN Arena on November 17th, and features a stellar line-up of acts including Lady Gaga, Coldplay, Elbow, JLS and more acts to be confirmed. Children In Need Rocks Manchester Tickets are ONSALE 9AM TODAY, Friday 16th September.
Doctor Who star David Tennant will host the concert with DJs Chris Moyles and Fearne Cotton, which will be broadcast live on BBC One, BBC HD and BBC Radio One. Also on the lineup is Michael Buble, N-Dubz, Ed Sheeran, Snow Patrol and Hugh Laurie.
Take That songwriter and current X Factor judge Barlow, the organiser of the gig, said "I’m so thrilled that these incredible artists are giving their time for such a special charity that is very close to my heart. I can’t wait to see it all come together on November 17th, there are still some great acts we're keeping up our sleeve to announce in the coming weeks and who knows, I might even sing a little something on the night too."
