Californian Woman Takes Out Paternity Lawsuit Against Justin Bieber

Just days after his manager told the world his ’balls had dropped,’ teen pop sensation Justin Bieber has been accused of fathering a baby to a woman in California.

The mother, 20 year-old Mariah Yeater, has taken out what is called a paternity lawsuit against the 17 year-old Canadian star, after she alleges she had sex with him following one of his shows in LA’s Staples Centre back on October 25th last year. The baby, named Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, was born on July 6th.

Unfortunately for the woman, even if the startling and most-likely absurd story does turn out to be true, she could be slapped with a ‘rape of a minor’ charge as Bieber was only 16 at the time of the concert.

According to her claims, she was invited backstage following his performance at the Californian venue by his security guards, where Yeater met Bieber backstage – and they apparently felt “mutually attracted to one another”, before retiring somewhere more private.

Yeater told Star magazine: “Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone."

She continued: “I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time. We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically.

“He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to fuck the shit out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to. In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.”

I think the majority of you readers would most likely hope that the story was true, but, as we all know, it’s almost certainly not. A spokesperson for Bieber has said: “While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

In an interview with Rolling Stone earlier this year, Bieber said "I don't think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them."

It's been reported that the case is set to be heard in court on December 15th 2011.
