Ian McCulloch, long-time frontman of Liverpool's indie popsters Echo and The Bunnymen, has announced UK live shows for May.
After the huge success with Echo and The Bunnymen, Ian has been trying his hand at having another shot at a solo career. In December last year McCulloch announced he intends to release new album, entitled 'Pro Patria Mori', later this month.
'Pro Patria Mori' will be Ian's fourth solo studio album, following 2003's 'Slideling', and the singer plans to showcase the album at intimate UK venues this May. Ian will play a two-night residency at Liverpool's Epstein Theatre as well as a a show at London's Union Chapel.
