British electro outfit Rudimental have confirmed dates for an April and May UK tour.
Hailing from Hackney, the Rudimental lads are just one act to rise from a hotbed of East London musical talent, which includes acts such as Plan B, Professor Green and Labrinth.
Before embarking on their headline tour, Piers Agget, Kesi Dryden, Amir Amor and Leon Rolle – the four who make up Rudimental - will also support Plan B’s UK arena tour this February. This string of support dates start on February 1st at Newcastle’s Metro Radio Arena and stops in cities such as Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham and London before wrapping up in Aberdeen on February 15. The band will also headline their own sold out show at London’s Village Underground on February 22nd..
Announcing their own headline tour via their official Facebook page, Rudimental revealed the following details: "Tickets for our UK headline tour in April go on pre-sale this Wednesday 23rd Jan! Sign up at www.rudimental.co.uk for an exclusive pre-sale ticket link and we'll throw in a free download of Two Inch Punchs remix of 'Spoons'."
Rudimental continue to solidify their unique musical identity with sound clashes of live instruments, beats and soulful voices. They are nominated at this year’s BRIT Awards in the 'Best British Single' category for ‘Feel The Love’, featuring John Newman. With tracks such as ‘Not Giving In’ and the recent viral smash ‘Hell Could Freeze’ (featuring upcoming rap sensation Angel Haze) serving as a taster to their forthcoming debut out in spring, these guys are already a serious musical force.
