Emeli Sande Hits Back At Noel Gallagher Following 'Music For Grannies' Comment

Scottish singer Emeli Sande has hit back at High Flying Birds man Noel Gallagher - after he claimed that her music was ‘for grannies’!
As usual, a Gallagher has been slating someone in the press, and this time it was 26 year-old sensation Emeli Sande and fellow singer Paloma Faith who go the brunt of it.
Gallagher told Shortlist: “You look at the 'best' now. Paloma Faith? Do me a favour. Who’s fucking decided she’s a star? Emeli Sande? That is fucking music for grannies. I don’t get it.”
Rather than responding via the press, Sande decided to tweet about the comments - she wrote:
