Beyonce Issues Apology Following Belgian Gig Cancellation

American superstar Beyonce has issued an apology to her Belgian fans, after cancelling a gig in Antwerp earlier this week.
Beyonce was scheduled to perform in Antwerp last night (Wednesday 15th May), but cancelled on Tuesday after being advised by doctors to rest - with her publicist citing ‘dehydration and exhaustion’ as the reason.
Now, having promised to reschedule the show, she’s released a statement - via Hollywood Reporter - apologising for the cancellation, and assured fans that she’d be attending her gig in the same venue (which took place last night). She told fans:
“I've never postponed a show in my life. It was very hard for me. I promise I will make it up very soon. I'm sorry if I disappointed you. Thank you for your concern. I'm feeling much better now and I'm ready to give you a great show. See you tonight.”
