Canadian indie-rockers Born Ruffians have announced three UK tour dates today, as part of their first European tour for over two years - and to celebrate, they’re streaming brand new track ‘With an Axe’ for free.
The quartet return this year with brand new album ‘Birthmarks’, their fourth record and first since 2010’s ‘Say It’. Having just toured the new LP across the US and Canada for the past two months, the band have got their live game up to scratch, and are now waiting to spring their new show on UK and European fans this September.
Kicking off in Manchester’s Soup Kitchen on September 18th, the band will then hit Concrete in London the following day, before rounding off their British excursion in the Green Door Store in Brighton the day after that.
Tickets for the gigs are on sale now, and will cost you £6.00 + fees in Brighton, £6.50 + fees in Manchester, and £8.50 + fees in London - you can find yours through Stereoboard using the dates and links provided below.
After their long hibernation, we have not seen the Ruffians since a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it appearance at Field Day 2011 - in a tent packed to double its capacity. So, nows your chance to snap up tickets for their long-awaited return!
It’s also your chance to hear previously-unreleased track ‘With an Axe’, which the band are streaming absolutely free as a UK-only exclusive. You can check that out below - and you can catch them performing it live this September!
