It’s good news for everyone who had an amazing time at Bristol based festival ArcTanGent last year, which featured headline performances from 65daysofstatic and Fuck Buttons, and indeed for everyone who missed out, because festival organisers have confirmed that the event will be taking place again from August 28 to 30 2014.
Organiser Simon Maltas said:
“Tickets for 2014 are expected to sell quickly, there’s going to be a massive rush. Tickets are on sale on the 30th January at 7pm and we’re expecting to sell huge numbers in the first week. A limited number will be available at last years prices for a bargain £59. With a line up announcement scheduled for the 6th February, we’re expecting most of the tickets to be sold by the end of February.”
We’d certainly advise you to avoid the rush and get your tickets as soon as possible, given that last year’s ArcTanGent was acclaimed as one of the finest festival weekends in memory by many of the punters who flocked to Fernhill Farm in 2013. Rumours suggest a more international line-up this time around, with bands from the USA and Japan likely to be appearing alongside the very best British acts.
ArcTanGent takes place at Fernhill Farm, near Bristol. For more information please visit arctangent.co.uk or facebook.com/atgfestival. To read what we thought of ArcTanGent in 2013 please read our review.
