Happy Mondays, the Orb and the Bloody Beetroots top the first line up announcement for Beat-Herder, which will again land in Lancashire's Ribble Valley between July 18-20.
Vitalic, Klangkarussell, Greg Wilson, Bipolar Sunshine, Riva Starr, Goldie Lookin' Chain and Boney M have also been confirmed for the ninth staging. Co-founder Nick Chambers said:
“It’s such an exciting bill it’s hard to know where to start. Festival regulars like the Dub Pistols, Mr. Scruff and the Utah Saints will be rubbing shoulders with German techno legend Timo Maas, Dub Phizix & Strategy and hip hop mixologist DJ Format will be mashing-up the Trailer Trash stage, rockers Wolf Alive will be wigging out at the Maison D’etre. Koan Sound in The Fortress is going to go off! Saturday will be incredible with the Bloody Beetroots. And it’s all topped of with the Happy Mondays on Sunday night. It’s going to be amazing”
