The track is lifted from their most recent album, 'One Day All Of This Won't Matter Any More', which was released last summer.
Discussing the song with Clash, who premiered its video, the band's Rebecca Taylor said:
"Getting out of bed feels like an achievement of Olympic standards when you are under the wave of depression. When it is at it's peak very simple and easy things become positively impossible. It's a chore, and feels silly, but it is so important to remember to be encouraging of your own inner champion. Even if you're just managing to have a shower or texting people back. Well bloody done mate".
