A documentary focusing on star DJ Avicii will arrive next month.
Avicii: True Stories will premiere in cinemas across the world on October 26 and will be followed by a 30 minute screening of the DJ's final show in Ibiza on August 28, 2016. Head here for more details.
Speaking about the documentary, director Levan Tsikurishvili said:
"I wanted to do a brutally honest film about Tim as a person and not only about Avicii. Everybody knows Avicii but very few people know Tim. I think this documentary really shows Tim’s struggle and strength of character. Being a worldwide superstar artist is not as easy as it looks on Instagram.”
Last month Avicii released a new EP, 'AVĪCI’, his first new material since his retirement from live shows last year.
