Swimming Tapes Share New Song Easy Strand, Confirm November Dates

Swimming Tapes have shared a new song.
The London-based quintet have returned with Easy Strand, their first new material since 2017's 'Soft Sea Blue' EP. Discussing the track in a statement, the band said:
"Easy Strand is a supportive nod to our younger selves about how the passing of time distorts memories. Moments you thought were trivial and pointless actually remain embedded in your memory as beautiful, worthwhile and meaningful times. It was written as part of a collection of songs for our album but when everything was finished we felt it didn’t quite sit right with the other tracks on the record, therefore we’re giving it its own moment in the sun."
The song arrives ahead of the band's autumn tour, which includes stops in Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Bristol and London, where they'll play the Moth Club on November 20. Tickets are on sale now.
