Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus Give 'Boygenius' EP An Early Digital Release

Friday, 26 October 2018 Written by Helen Payne

Boygenius, indie-rock's buzziest new supergroup, have dropped their EP early.

The band - comprised of Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus - have shared their debut self-titled record digitally ahead of its physical release on November 9.

The project was announced back in August, and had fans champing at the bit upon the arrival of the first three singles: Bite The Hand, Me and My Dog, and Stay Down. It's a collaboration bewteen the three musicians, who each take the lead on individual tracks while the others join for delicious harmonies.

The members of Boygenius will head out on tour together in the US in November, with the run framed as a co-headline stint between Bridgers and Baker, while Dacus is the support act. There must be some live collaboration together at some point, right? Check out our recent feature on the project here.
