Anna Calvi, Jon Hopkins, Hot Chip Confirmed For BBC Radio 6 Music Festival In Liverpool

The line up has been announced for this year’s BBC 6 Music Festival, which will be staged in Liverpool this spring.
For its sixth outing the event will host stages at the Eventim Olympia, Mountford Hall, Invisible Wind Factory, Camp and Furnace, and the Cavern Club between March 29 and 31. Details were announced on air by Lauren Laverne on February 26.
By day, the festival will see talks and events as well as sets from the Coral, Julia Jacklin, BC Camplight, Julian Cope, Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs, Skinny Pelembe, Clinic, Gaika, the Comet Is Coming, Roger McGough, Jess Green and Amina Atiq.
By night, the Good the Bad and the Queen, Anna Calvi and Jon Hopkins will headline, along with performances from Hot Chip, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Ex:Re, Bill Ryder Jones, Bodega, the Cinematic Orchestra, Chali 2na and Krafty Kuts, Fontaines DC, Gang Of Four, Idles, Jungle, Little Simz, Marika Hackman, She Drew The Gun, Slowthai, Stealing Sheep and Villagers.
Meanwhile, late night DJ sets have been confirmed for 2ManyDJs, Erol Alkan, Max Cooper, Craig Charles, Nemone, Breakwave, Elliot Hutchinson (Dig Vinyl) and the Renegade Brass Band.
Elsewhere the festival includes an independent record fair, a gig poster exhibition, live screen printing, bingo, and street food. Head here to check out the full line up.
