Modest Mouse are back!
The alt-rockers have returned with a brand new song called Poison The Well, marking their first new material since 2015's 'Strangers to Ourselves'.
Clocking in at two-and-a-half mintues, the new song finds the band taking on a noise-rock approach with a heavier sound. It will be backed by another unheard song and released as a triangular green 7" in collaboration for Record Store Day on April 13. There's no official word yet on a full-length.
The track, which comes with a psychedelic lyric video viewable below, follows a number of cryptic teasers mailed out to fans, as well as the announcement of a North American tour as special guests for the Black Keys this autumn.
