Never Really Over is the first track from the pop singer since her collaboration with Zedd, 365, in February. Working with the producer again for her latest, Perry’s high pitched vocals, although impossibly strong, stay on one note for the chorus, making for a surprisingly easy sing-along.
She doesn’t take herself too seriously in the accompanying video, squashing her face in glass and taking on 1970s festival vibes dancing with flares in a field. Watch below.
Perry put out her last album ‘Witness’ in 2017.
