Airbourne Return With Title Track Of Fifth Studio Album 'Boneshaker'

Airbourne are back.
The Australian rockers will release ’Boneshaker’ on October 25 via Spinefarm Records, following up 2016’s ’Breakin’ Outta Hell’. The band worked with producer Dave Cobb on album number five, taking over the historic Studio A on Nashville’s Music Row. Vocalist Joel O’Keeffe said:
"It’s a live gig in the studio. This is always something we wanted to do – find a way to bring the soul and power of an Airbourne live show into an album. Cobb caught our lightning and put it in a bottle."
Alongside the album’s announcement comes its straight-down-the-line, pure rock ’n’ roll title track and cover artwork, with the latter created by Matt Read of Combustion Ltd and Sean Tidy of Design House Studio Ltd. Guitarist Matthew Harrison said:
"The whole sentiment we were after was about rock n’ roll for life. We wanted to create something tattoo worthy, and that the artwork was classic and stood the test of time."
The band will accompany the release with a marathon European tour throughout the autumn, including UK dates in November. Tickets are on sale now.
