Blink-182 have shared I Really Wish I Hated You, a cut from their new album.
The track leans more heavily on the minor scales to deliver the band's trademark anthemic pop-punk and echo the melancholic sentiment of the song. "You stitch me up but you can’t stop me bleeding out, I’m better when I’m broken, I love you but I hate you when you’re with someone else, and I want you wrapped around me but I don’t trust myself," sings bassist and vocalist Mark Hoppus.
'NINE' is due to arrive on September 20 and follow up 2016's 'California'. The band, meanwhile, are currently on the road in the US with Lil Wayne for a co-headline tour, which will conclude on September 22 in Columbus, Ohio.
