The first track has been shared from Mac Miller's posthumous album.
Good News is a R&B and soul-influenced offering that's musically uplifting, contrasting the lyrics' sombre subject matter, which discusses varying states of mind, touching on the optimistic as well as the more negative. "So tired of being so tired, I got to build something beautiful just to go set it on fire,” sings Miller.
The song will feature on 'Circles', a posthumous companion record to 'Swimming', that will arrive on January 17. Head here for further details.
The singer and rapper died on September 7, 2018 aged 26 from an apparent overdose at his San Fernando Valley home.
