Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbott have shared a video for their latest single, You And Me (Were Meant To Be Together).
The track features on the indie-pop duo’s forthcoming album, ‘Manchester Calling’, which will arrive on March 6. The new clip stars Brookside’s Ron and Bev Dixon — actors Vince Earl and Sarah White — playing Heaton and Abbott’s older alter egos.
The Beautiful South bandmates will support their new record with a spring UK and Ireland tour, and a huge hometown show at Manchester's Castlefield Bowl on July 4. They'll also headline Bristol Sounds on June 26 as well as slots at Neighbourhood Weekender and Primavera Sound this summer.
