JPEGMAFIA Drops Surprise New Track Covered In Money!

Friday, 20 March 2020 Written by Jon Stickler

JPEGMAFIA has surprise released a new song.

Having recently teased Covered in Money!, the experimental hip hop artist has dropped the full track alongside a video, viewable below.

Its a song of two halves, beginning with some aggressive rapping over a stripped-down drum and bass rhythm before evolving into a softer, melodic sound featuring ambient synths. The release follows the previously shared BALD! and collaborations with Danny Brown and Run the Jewels, Vegyn and Tkay Maidza.

The Brooklyn-born artist put out his last album, 'All My Heroes Are Cornballs', in 2019.
