Riley Gale (pictured second from the left) has died aged 34.
News of the Power Trip vocalist's passing was announced via the Texan band's social media channels, though a cause of death has not been confirmed. Head below for the full statement.
The thrash metal quintet formed in 2008 and went on to release their debut album, 'Manifest Decimation', in 2013. They followed it up with 2017's 'Nightmare Logic', their last studio album. The band also put out 'Opening Fire: 2008–2014' in 2018, a collection bringing together non-album tracks.
Since the news of Gale's passing, there has been an outpouring of tributes online from the music community, including Machine Head's Rob Flynn and the band Anthrax.
