Travis Scott has dropped a new single featuring M.I.A. and Young Thug.
Franchise was produced by Scott, Chase B and Teddy Walton, and bounces along with a mid-tempo funk and bass-heavy, distorted beats.
As is the case with most Scott videos, the track's accompanying clip is an impressive spectacle and was self-directed by the rapper with footage shot at Michael Jordan’s Chicago mansion. It features synchronised swimmers, multiple specials effects and M.I.A. in the desert dancing in a flower suit while a flock of sheep run around her.
Having already premiered in the US during screenings of Christopher Nolan’s new film Tenet, the video will be aired at select IMAX capable cinemas in the UK from today (September 25). It's apt since Scott contributed another new track, The Plan, to the film's soundtrack.
So far in 2020, he's also featured on Kanye West's song Wash Us In The Blood and teamed up with Rosalía on TKN. His last album under his own steam, meanwhile, was 2018's 'Astroworld'.
