Fucked Up have unveiled a new song, Year Of The Horse.
The 19-minute track covers a variety of genres, including hardcore and folk, and marks the latest addition to the Canadian hardcore experimentalist's long-running 12" Zodiac series, which began with 2006's Year Of The Dog.
Since then, they've put out releases between albums, most recently with 2015's Year Of The Hare and 2017's Year Of The Snake, prior to their latest LP, 'Dose Your Dreams', which arrived in 2018.
The band confirmed via Twitter that Year Of The Horse will remain exclusive to Bandcamp, while details of a physical release will be announced soon.
"For now this is just living on Bandcamp," the band write. "No spotify, no streaming. We will announce the physical in a while. For the next few months this will just be released as song and story, so please enjoy. Full lyrics are available with download."
The song is dedicated to Iron Age guitarist Wade Allison and Power Trip vocalist Riley Gale who died weeks apart in 2020.
