Laura Mvula has unveiled a collaboration with Biffy Clyro's Simon Neil.
What Matters marks the latest single from the singer's upcoming album, 'Pink Noise', due out on July 2 via Atlantic Records. It follows the previously shared cuts Got Me and Church Girl.
Sticking with the 1980s aesthetic of the record, the link-up is reminiscent of the soft, syrupy synth-led duets from the era, with both artist's vocals intertwining over an electronic beat. Check out the accompanying video below.
Mvula will play a show at London's Village Underground on September 2, while Biffy Clyro will take over Cardiff Bay's Alexandra Head on September 16, joined by special guests Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes.
The Scottish trio will also perform a huge gig at Glasgow Green that same month, before embarking on their rearranged The Fingers Crossed Tour in the autumn. Their latest LP, 'A Celebration Of Endings', was released in 2020.
Laura Mvula Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
Thu September 02 2021 - LONDON Village Underground
