Primavera Sound Los Angeles has been rescheduled to 2022.
The Barcelona music festival is heading stateside for the first time, with the inaugural edition now set to take place at Los Angeles State Historic Park between September 16 and 18, growing to a three-day event.
Tickets will be honoured next year, and refunds can be requested from point of purchase by July 29. Head below to read a statement from organisers.
The news comes after the original Primavera Sound Los Angeles 2020 dates were pushed back a year due to COVID-19. It was again cancelled in 2021 in response to the ongoing concerns over the pandemic. The line up is still to be revealed.
Primavera Sound Barcelona was also axed in 2020 and 2021 for the same reason. The upcoming 2022 edition is set to feature Tyler, the Creator, Tame Impala, Gorillaz, The Strokes, Jorja Smith, Megan Thee Stallion, Jay Electronica, Brockhampton, Playboi Carti, Slowthai, and Lorde, after expanding to two weekends.
