Moses Sumney Announces 'Live From Blackalachia' And Accompanying Film

Moses Sumney has announced a new live album.
'Live From Blacklachia' will arrive on December 10 along with a film capturing his 2020 one-take performance in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. Sumney said in a statement:
"Over the course of two days, we filmed 14 songs, totally live, the trees as our audience, the grasshoppers our background singers. 'Live From Blackalachia' is a wild imagining of what can happen when we seek not just to reclaim nature, but to reintegrate with it."
The release features songs from Sumney's two studio albums, 2020's 'Græ' and 2017's 'Aromanticism'. As a preview, head below to check out Sumney performing the track Bystanders (In Space) from the former.
