Big Hit Entertainment, who manage the K-Pop group, confirmed the news on a trailer posted to Twitter giving the release date as June 10 and using the phrase "we are bulletproof", though they have not confirmed if that is the album's title or not.
Writing on the Korean platform Weverse about the follow-up to 2020's 'We' and 'Map of the Soul: 7 – The Journey', Big Hit added:
“BTS will be back with another new album on June 10, 2022. Details on the new album will be provided in a separate notice at a later date. We look forward to your love and support for BTS’ new album. Thank you.”
BTS recently concluded their Permission To Dance On Stage - Las Vegas residency.
