Dave, Little Simz, Ed Sheeran And Shakira Among Winners At 2022 Ivor Novello Awards In London

Dave (pictured), Ed Sheeran and Little Simz were among the winners at the 2022 edition of The Ivors.
The 67th annual awards saw Dave beat the likes of singers Adele, Sheeran and Raye as well as band Coldplay to be crowned Songwriter Of The Year, following the success of his 2021 chart-topping second album 'We're All Alone In This Together'.
Little Simz picked up the prize for Best Contemporary Song with I Love You, I Hate You and Sheeran took home Most Performed Work with Bad Habits, alongside co-writers Fred Again and Johnny McDaid of Snow Patrol.
Colombian star Shakira made a surprise appearance to collect the special International Award in honour of her global stardom.
Some 21 songwriters and screen composers collected their Ivor Novello gongs across 14 categories spanning music, film, television and video games at the star-studded ceremony at London's Grosvenor House. Head here for the full list of winners.
