Blood Upon The Snow was written for God Of War: Ragnarök, the newest instalment of the hit video game series, and finds the Irish singer-songwriter collaborating with composer Bear McCreary, who also provided the score for the game.
Cinematic with sweeping string arrangements, complete with the thematic notes of God Of War: Ragnarök, the track is guided by Hozier's signature velvety vocals. Spin below.
The 32-year-old released his sophomore LP, 'Wasteland, Baby', in 2019. In October, he shared the haunting song Swan Upon Leda, though details of a third full-length are yet to be unveiled.
