Dream Wife Share Title Track Of Third Album 'Social Lubrication'

Dream Wife have shared the title track of their imminent third album.
With 'Social Lubrication' due out through Lucky Number this Friday (June 9), the dancy, disco-tinged sound of the song contrasts with its hard-hitting lyrical content, which takes aim at patriarchal and gender-based violence.
"Exhausted. Done with being polite, done with sugar-coating, placating, and pandering to patriarchal bullshit. Wanting to just exist, in this body without being pigeon-holed or judged for the bodies we exist in. Do the job well. Show up. Not play other people games. You can’t fix something rotten to the core - we need revolution not reform,” the band noted of the track.
Dream Wife will celebrate the launch of 'Social Lubrication' with an intimate show at The George Tavern in London's East End this Thursday (June 8). Head here for details.
They'll also hit the road across the UK and Ireland this autumn, following festivals slots throughout the summer, including Deer Shed and TRNSMT in July.
