Holding Absence have shared another track from their upcoming album.
Following A Crooked Melody and False Dawn, Honey Moon marks the third preview of 'The Noble Art Of Self Destruction', due out on August 25 through SharpTone Records.
Guided by soaring vocals, the emotionally-driven ballad was inspired by a sense of deep longing. Commenting on it, frontman Lucas Woodland said:
"Honey Moon is perhaps Holding Absence’s most beautiful song to date! A track inspired by the Pixies and Deftones - this is a lovesick poem that looks to the stars to portray a deep, isolated yearning for the love of another."
Holding Absence will play 2000trees near Cheltenham in July, before a UK and European tour in the autumn. Tickets are on sale.
