Doja Cat Confirms September Release For New Album 'Scarlet'

Doja Cat has officially announced her new album.
The Grammy Award-winning rapper has confirmed the follow-up to 2021's 'Planet Her' is called 'Scarlet' and will arrive on September 22.
Alongside the announcement, she's revealed the record's artwork, a painting of a spider. The tracklist, however, was not shared, but it's assumed the recent singles Paint The Town Red and Attention will feature.
Doja Cat will support the album with the previously confirmed The Scarlet Tour, which will head across North America between October 31 and December 13, with support from Ice Spice and Doechii on select dates. Tickets are on sale now.
UPDATE 31/08: Numerous media outlets, inculding Consequence Of Sound, followed up Doja Cat's announcement of her new album with comparisons of her artwork to that of German metal band Chaver. Since then, the rapper has removed the post sharing the cover and announcing the record.
