Gabrielle, Johnny Marr, Bill Bailey And More Confirmed For Glasgow's Summer Nights At The Bandstand

The first acts have been revealed for the 2024 edition of Summer Nights At The Bandstand at Glasgow's Kelvingrove Park Bandstand.

The concert series will kick off with a performance from Gabrielle (pictured) on July 23, followed by Los Angeles synthwave duo The Midnight the day after, and singer-songwriter and former Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr on July 25.

Comic and musician Bill Bailey will take to the stage on July 26, ahead of Future Islands on July 30, Squeeze on August 1, The Teskey Brothers the following day, Ziggy Alberts on August 3 and The Saw Doctors on August 7. Liverpool band Echo And The Bunnymen will also perform a pair of concerts on August 8 and 9.

Currently, the run of shows is set to conclude with Bananarama on August 10.

Special guests for all dates are yet to be confirmed. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Friday (January 26).
