Bob Vylan have dropped another early single from their upcoming album.
Loud, brash and unflinching, Makes Me Violent marks the latest preview of 'Humble As The Sun', due out on April 5 via Ghost Theatre. The punk-tinged rap-rock track follows the previously unveiled singles He's A Man, Dream Big and Hunger Games. Commenting on the new cut, vocalist Bobby Vylan commented:
"Makes Me Violent is a letter to England. A country that tells us not to be angry or violent but continues to carry out and allow some of the most violent atrocities in the world. But while it talks about the way this country has treated us and many like us it’s hopeful and is filled with resistance. We’re not going anywhere. We’re staying right here to give this place hell."
The MOBO award-winning London duo will headline Primordial General Mayhem festival in Wolverhampton in late April, following a short run of in-store performances and signings earlier that month. They will also appear at a number of festivals this spring and summer, including Bearded Theory and Slam Dunk Festival in May, and Truck Festival in July.
