Billie Eilish has announced her third album.
The superstar vocalist will release 'Hit Me Hard And Soft' on May 17 through Darkroom/Interscope/Polydor Records, following up her 2021 sophomore LP 'Happier Than Ever'. As with her previous two records, it was produced and co-written by her brother Finneas.
The news follows a number of online teasers from the 22-year-old, including a recent Instagram post sharing a snippet of new music.
Eilish also revealed via Instagram the record's cover art, and that it will not be preceded by any advance singles. She said: "not doing singles i wanna give it to you all at once :PPP finneas and i truly could not be more proud of this album and we absolutely can’t wait for you to hear it. love you love you love you."
In 2023, Eilish dropped What Was I Made For? as part of the Barbie soundtrack. The song picked up the Grammy Award for Song Of The Year as well as the Oscar for Best Original Song.
