Katy J Pearson Teases 'Someday, Now' With New Single Sky

Katy J Pearson has shared another track from her upcoming third album.
Following Those Goodbyes, Sky serves as the second preview of 'Someday, Now', which is due out on September 20 via Heavenly Recordings.
Led by strummed guitar and the Bristol-based artist's unique, twangy vocals, the hazy track arrives hot on the heels of her guest appearance at June's Glastonbury festival, where she joined Yard Act to duet on When The Laughter Stops. Commenting on her new song, she said:
"It really feels like me saying to myself look how far I’ve come, I deserve to be here. I've always been shy of taking up space. Now I’m like hang on, this is my third record! I’m still doing this, I got to work with an incredible producer, and a hand-picked band of the most fantastic musicians, who all wanted to make this with me — and I’ve come out with something that I think is my best work so far."
Pearson will embark on a UK tour in the winter, with a London date at KOKO scheduled for February 2025. She has also been unveiled as main support on The Last Dinner Party's European dates in October and November. Tickets are on sale now.
