Foxing Tease Self-Titled Album With Second Single Hell 99

Foxing have unveiled a new song.
Hell 99 serves as the second preview of the St. Louis emo band's new self-titled album, due out on September 13 via their own Grand Paradise label.
Offering both screamo and clean vocals over driving, fuzzy noise-rock guitars and eerie, atmospheric passages, the track shows off another side to the record, following on from the more meditative eight-minute lead single, Greyhound, released earlier this month.
Check out the new cut's accompanying self-directed, New Year's Eve Y2K-themed video, below. Guitarist Eric Hudson said:
"Hell 99 is about burnout and fatigue. It is meant to capture frustration and mania with repeating cultural trends, the way a cat video and a horrifying news story can be viewed in successive moments, and the mental fatigue and shame that you are left with in taking it all in."
Foxing will support the follow-up to 2021's 'Draw Down The Moon' with a North America tour beginning in mid-September, with dates continuing through early November. Tickets are on sale now.
