The Last Dinner Party Announce 'Prelude To Ecstasy: Acoustics And Covers' Deluxe Album

The Last Dinner Party will release an expanded, deluxe edition of their debut album.
'Prelude To Ecstasy: Acoustics and Covers' will arrive on October 11 and features the original tracklist from the Mercury Prize-shortlisted record, plus reimagined versions of the LP's songs and covers of their favourite tracks from other artists.
To coincide with the announcement, the London band have shared their take on Sparks' 1974 single This Town Ain’t Big Enough For Both Of Us. Head below to view the accompanying montage video, featuring footage from recent performances in Japan and the US, as well as their set at last weekend's Reading Festival.
Additionally, the group's short film, Prelude To Ecstasy, will be screened at a Soho cinema in London and livestreamed to the band's YouTube channel on September 12. Check out the trailer below.
Following the screening, the five-piece will embark on a UK and European tour, which begins with a show in Belfast on September 18. Tickets for all dates are on sale now.
