Better Lovers have shared another track from their upcoming debut album.
A departure from their familiar math-metalcore riffage, At All Times finds the supergroup — ex-Dillinger Escape Plan vocalist Greg Puciato, former Every Time I Die members Jordan Buckley, Clayton "Goose" Holyoak and Stephen Micciche, and Fit for an Autopsy guitarist Will Putney — exploring searing ballad territory. Puciato said:
"When the guys sent me the instrumental of At All Times I was really blown away. I’ve been looking forward to the ‘writes power ballads’ stage of my existence for a while now. I knew it was coming. I had no idea it would be with this band. As a vocalist, it’s really exciting to be with guys that can write songs like this AND 30 Under 13. This one’s for the lovers."
The band previously teased 'Highly Irresponsible' with the singles Future Myopia and A White Horse Covered In Blood. The record will arrive through Sharptone Records on October 25.
They'll support the release with North American dates this fall, and appearances at Louder Than Life in Louisville, Kentucky this Saturday (September 28), and Furnace Fest in Birmingham, Alabama, and Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, California in October. They also have a UK tour scheduled for January 2025. Tickets are on sale now.
