Finneas Shares New Single Lotus Eater Ahead Of 'For Cryin' Out Loud!' Release

Finneas has shared another single from his upcoming sophomore album.
Lotus Eater fuses '80s nostalgia with contemporary pop and serves as the closing track on 'For Cryin' Out Loud!', due out via Interscope/Polydor this Friday (October 4). It follows the previously unveiled cut Cleats and the title track, and arrives with a video directed by Isaac Ravishankara.
The Los Angeles singer-songwriter and producer recently announced UK, European, Australian and New Zealand dates for his For Cryin' Out Loud Tour.
He'll head Down Under at the start of the new year, before visiting Dublin, London, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham and Bristol between April 14 and 22, ahead of further performances in Stockholm, Oslo, Hamburg, Copenhagen, Berlin, Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris and Cologne.
Tickets for the UK and Ireland leg go on general sale at 12pm BST this Friday, with the European dates on sale at 10am local time the same day. Tickets for his Australian and New Zealand shows go on general sale at 4pm local time today (October 2).
To celebrate the LP's release, the Academy Award and Grammy Award-winner will perform an afternoon stripped back set at Pryzm in Kingston, London on Sunday (October 6). He'll also play The Ford in Los Angeles tomorrow (October 3), and Rough Trade NYC in Warsaw, Brooklyn on October 12.
He released his debut solo album, 'Optimist', in 2021.
