Lady Gaga has announced The MAYHEM Ball Tour.
Following her previously confirmed shows in Mexico, Brazil and Singapore this spring, between July 16 and September 17 the superstar multi-hyphenate will perform two nights apiece at arenas in Las Vegas, Seattle, Miami, Toronto and Chicago, and three shows at Madison Square Garden in New York.
The European leg will run from September 29 to November 30 and features three nights at The O2 in London and Paris' Accor Arena, two nights apiece in Stockholm, Italy, Barcelona, Berlin and Lyon, and single shows in Manchester, Amsterdam and Antwerp. Tickets go on general sale at 12pm local time on April 3. Support acts are still to be announced.
Explaining why she opted for arenas instead of stadiums for the tour, Gaga said:
“This is my first arena tour since 2018. There’s something electric about a stadium, and I love every moment of those shows. But with The MAYHEM Ball, I wanted to create a different kind of experience—something more intimate—closer, more connected—that lends itself to the live theatrical art I love to create."
The tour shares its name with her new album, 'MAYHEM', which was released on March 7 through Interscope and features the singles Disease, Abracadabra and Die With A Smile with Bruno Mars
Prior to her shows in Mexico, Singapore and Brazil, the star will join Green Day and Post Malone in headlining the two weekends of Coachella festival in California in April..
