Shed Seven Announce Summer Shows In Scarborough, Manchester And Leeds

Shed Seven have announced three major outdoor UK shows for next summer.
The Yorkshire Britpop legends will play Scarborough Open Air Theatre on June 14, before Sounds Of The City gigs at Manchester's Castlefield Bowl on July 4 and Leeds' Millennium Square on July 11.
Support in Scarborough will come from Jake Bugg and Cast, while the Manchester and Leeds dates will feature Lightning Seeds and The Sherlocks. Tickets for all dates go on general sale at 9.30am on Friday (October 11). Shed Seven vocalist Rick Witter said:
"We can’t wait to get out next summer for these big shows. It’s going to be a huge celebration following the success we’ve had in 2024. Expect big hits and huge singalongs. See you down the front, Rick x"
Shed Seven will celebrate their 30th anniversary with a mammoth UK tour in November and December, with support from The Sherlocks. They also have a handful of album launch gigs in the diary for later this month. Tickets are already on sale.
The shows will see the quintet playing career-spanning sets, including tracks from their two 2024 chart-topping albums, 'A Matter Of Time' and 'Liquid Gold'. The releases put the band in exclusive company alongside the likes of The Beatles, Elton John, Diana Ross, Queen, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and ABBA, who have also managed to score two UK number one albums in the same year.
