Romy And Sampha Team Up For New Single I'm On Your Team

Romy and Sampha have teamed up for a single, I'm On Your Team.
The ethereal, piano-based ballad combines the two artists' distinctive vocals and was created alongside co-producer and composer Thomas Bartlett. Romy commented:
"It’s a love song but lyrically, it’s honest and truthful. Like 'we’ve had the magic and dreaminess but now we’ve been through things together, so here we are and I’m putting in the work.'"
Sampha added: "I love the idea of being part of a team, that you have to show up for each other, and from there you can create an even deeper connection."
Romy and Sampha released their respective albums, 'Mid Air' and 'Lahai', in 2023. Romy will play shows in Brighton, Manchester and Glasgow between November 29 and December 14. Tickets are on sale now.
