The Moonlandingz have returned with a new single, The Sign Of A Man.
Arriving via Transgressive Records, the synthy, disco-punk track marks the Sheffield band's first new release since their 2017 debut album, 'Interplanetary Class Classics'. Head below to view the accompanying video, directed by Jeanie Crystal and Farry. Johnny Rocket (aka Lias Saoudi) said:
"Nature left man half-finished, unresolved, alienated, lost to permanent exile, unable or unwilling to surrender even to himself…is it any wonder he grew callous? This is a song about torpor unbound, about the relegation of love into need, about our failure to summon up ‘care’… this is a song about justice."
The trio have also announced a new album, 'No Rocket Required', though details such as a release date are yet to be revealed.
The group have also announced a London show at The Lexington on February 21. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday (January 24). They'll also play Get Together Festival in Sheffield on May 17.
The Moonlandingz Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
